Route investigations are made in order to find the best option to connect and build the road on the compulsory spots. The route’s compliance with the map is determined by checking the suitability of the route in accordance with the mapped field. While checking the route, condition of the compulsory spots are analysed, the map is completed, the mistakes are corrected and the locations of where the lamd will be taken and stored is spotted. A compliance report is prepared for each route. Each report contains the followings;

- The total length of the route,
-  The main and minor roads that are included within the route,
- Slopes and loss of inclines area,
- Expropriation states,
- River crossing locations,
- Conditions of drainage both for the groundwater and the surface water,
- All kinds of species and locations of manufacturing,
- Geological formation and geotechnical structure along the entire route,
- The approximate cost calculation of the road.
