| Comformity For The Settlement Reports |
Conformity for the settlement reports are prepared by our company taking into consideration the following circumstances:
- Geologic Factors: Lithologic and engineering characteristics of the formations determined in the project area,
- Geomorphologic Factors: The valley, streamed bed (flood risk), slope structures and slope,
- Groundwater Status: Areas with shallow underground water level restrictive in terms of planning,
- Fault and Earthquake Potentials,
- Engineering geology and geotechnical parameters such as detail calculations and solutions for the load capacity of the soil, liquefaction of soil, potential of slump and expansion under the title of "Geotechnical Appreciations And Calculations".
As a result of conformity for the settlement surveillance, area of conformity for the settlement, important areas, area that require detailed geotechnical survey and areas that are not suitable for settlement are classified.
Important Areas
Due to danger of natural disasters and geotechnical properties of soil, we consider the planning prior to construction and/or during construction and also the area of the construction as highly important.
Areas Of Requiring Detailed Geotechnical Survey
Areas where the exact and reliable conclusion could not be reached because of the lack of data caused by the study method, require separate studies. Followed by detailed geotechnical studies, planning is done.
Unsuitable For Conformity Settlement
Areas where technical and economical provision cannot be made because of the danger of natural disasters and geotechnical problems. Construction in these area is not allowed.
